Since making the move from Michigan to Chicago in the summer of 2016, Kathryn has continued to fall more in love with this beautiful city every day. Although she now spends her winters in St. Petersburg, Florida growing her real estate business in the South, she greatly appreciates that Chicago allows her to keep roots near her home state.

With a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and a minor in fine arts, Kathryn brings a unique view to the real estate market. She truly appreciates the craftsmanship and functionality in interior design and layout.
